Andee is a darling and small 20 year old Arab/Quarter cross mare. She came to PHH in December 2005, retired from Warm Beach Christian Camp as she was not thriving in the herd environment. She is a “bomb-proof” girl that has been ridden in both English and Western disciplines. Reliable and experienced, Andee was used for lessons and even shown in our 2007 Schooling show series, an accomplishment that garnered her the High Point award of the day! Andee spent time being loved and cared for both at our facility and in a foster home. Needless to say, we were thrilled to learn that her forever home was just around the corner! A family up the road from our facility took Andee in after losing one of their beloved equine friends. An immediate connection was made and Andee is enjoying her new life, friends, and family just a short walk away. Everyone at PHH enjoys being able to see Andee regularly as she thrives in her new home. We are so grateful to all of our adopters and foster families that have taken in rescue horses. If you or someone you know is interested in adopting or fostering a rescue horse, please contact us for more information.
