Part of a three horse seizure from Skagit County in January 2009, Doxie’s former owner is currently being investigated for animal abuse and neglect. Doxie enjoyed some quality time in a loving foster home where she gained some much needed weight and learned the ins and out of ground work. When we started her under saddle it was discovered that she had some pain issues. Doxie underwent several therapy sessions with Dr. Susan Seelye, which did wonders for her.

March 2011 Update:

In February Doxie was fortunate to move to Colorado for training with Aaron Ralston.  She has been working hard and has shown great progress.  We are all excited to see what this little girl can show us when she returns!
