Simba is one of three babies born at People Helping horses in November 2009. He is currently living with our other two babies out on pasture in California. Simba will stay with us until he is mature enough for us to start under saddle. Though it is our policy to not adopt out fillies and colts until they’ve undergone training—typically around the age of three—if Simba steals your heart, please contact us today to talk about options.

March 2011 Update:

We are excited for Simba to return to the barn after having the opportunity to spend the winter down on pasture in California.  Upon his return, we will be able to evaluate his physical and mental maturity and create a training/adoption plan for this little man to help him move one step closer to finding a forever home!

June 2011 Update:

Simba is continuing to grow and mature, and he is definitely a sweet and inquisitive youngster.  He will be spending the summer on pasture not far from the barn with a group of PHH horses as we continue to wait for him to be old enough to enter the training program.
